Really?

according to christianpost.com   A woman claims she was fired for having premarital sex by a Christian college in San Diego, California.

If that claim is true my reaction would be "Realy?!!" "in the 21st century?".
  
Based on this claim I have to ask does your employer need to know if you are having sex out of wedlock?. Is it any of there business if you get pregnant because of it?.
