In Trinidad and Tobago it is silly season election time where it seemed many were shocked and then booed and jeered someone who claimed to be not for sale but to many seemed to be reasonably purchased.
First question to readers a person who claims not to be for sale and was then purchased what would tat person mean to you taking into consideration that you held that person in high esteem?.
To the subject I'm writing on leadership the failings of the absolute leader are there any advantages, who and what does the absolute leader benefits and the cost. what about succession planning if that absolute leader is gone then what happens usually chaos. There to many examples of its failing both in history and in local organisations that I have observed.
So my question to you the reader an organisation that that has the absolute leader seems capable but has no clear succession plans in place be an attractive organization?.
